Role Overview
The Chief Financial Officer will serve as the senior financial executive and a key partner to the executive leadership team. This role combines strategic responsibility with hands‑on leadership across all core finance functions, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, and external reporting.
The successful candidate will bring a strong foundation in public accounting, deep operational finance experience, and a demonstrated ability to professionalize and scale finance organizations within complex operating environments.
The CFO will lead a multi‑disciplinary finance team and assume oversight responsibility for select corporate support functions. This is a full‑time, on‑site leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership for all financial operations and reporting
- Establish and enhance financial controls, policies, and governance
- Drive margin improvement, cash flow optimization, and capital efficiency
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on operational and financial matters
- Lead systems modernization, reporting enhancements, and process automation
- Build, develop, and retain a high‑performing finance team
- Oversee vendor relationships and external partners
- Provide oversight of enterprise risk, compliance, and related corporate functions
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
- CPA credential required (active or inactive)
- Early career experience in public accounting or audit required
- Significant experience in senior financial leadership roles
- Background in operationally complex, service‑driven B2B organizations
- Demonstrated success scaling finance functions, processes, and systems
- Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, budgeting, and treasury
- Experience managing external stakeholders and professional service partners
- Exposure to technology oversight and/or people operations is advantageous
