Senior Accountant

Alliance Resource Group has partnered with a prominent family office in West Los Angeles to hire their first Senior Accountant due to continued year-over-year growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join at the ground floor as the office builds out its team and processes. You will work closely with highly pedigreed and experienced family office executives, with long-term opportunities for growth and exposure across investment analysis, estate and tax planning, and traditional accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Full cycle accounting for family office operating entities
• Partner with deal teams on treasury management and subscription agreements for new investments
• Oversee A/P for the family office and household expenses
• Prepare ad hoc analysis for the principals and executives as requested

Details

• Location: Century City (5 days/week onsite required)
• Interview Process: Initial virtual interviews with the CFO and COO, followed by onsite meetings with the controller, CFO and COO

• Compensation: $100–140K base salary + 10–20% target bonus
• Candidate Profile: Ideally from another family office or outsourced family office service provider. Candidates with UHNW tax backgrounds or boutique investment firm experience will also be considered. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required; CPA is a plus. Candidates must demonstrate confidentiality, flexibility, and a willingness to support the team in all capacities.
