Financial Analyst

VTG is seeking an Enterprise Staff Services - Finance Support (FS) (Financial Analyst) to provide financial support in Colorado Springs, CO, and Los Angeles, CA.

Enterprise Staff Services - Finance Support (FS) offers financial services across the OSL enterprise, coordinating with the NRO Business Plans and Operations Directorate (BPO) to ensure consistent financial processes. The FS establishes effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Services include accounting, finance administration, performance, cost estimating, and program control support. FS skill levels (Pl through P3) and applicable SOW tasks determine specific requirements.

Tasks may include:

• Prepare, analyze, and reconcile financial statements and information
• Provide financial administrative support, including transaction, payment, and claim processing
• Support resource decisions, perform financial analysis, and prepare documentation for budget activities
• Provide program, planning, budget, and execution analysis for OSL Launch Enterprise
• Support earned value management and decision-making regarding cost, schedule, and performance

Position requires a current and active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Years of experience can be substituted as follows:

• 5 years experience = Associate's degree
• 10 years experience = Bachelor's degree
• 15 years experience = Master's degree

Abilities include:

• Preparing, analyzing, and reconciling financial statements
• Providing financial administrative support, including transaction, payment, and claim processing
• Supporting resource decisions, performing financial analysis, and documenting budget activities
• Providing program, planning, budget, and execution analysis for the OSL Launch Enterprise
• Providing earned value management and decision support for cost, schedule, and performance

Pay Range:
Estimated starting at $150,000 - $210,000 annually, considering experience, education, skills, market, and contractual factors.
