Overview

You’ll play a crucial role in shaping financial strategy, managing risk, and aligning financial operations with overall business goals. Responsibilities- Strategic Finance & Forecasting:
- Build and maintain financial models that support growth scenarios, hiring plans, and pricing sensitivity analysis.
- Advise on capital allocation, loan structures, and financing options to facilitate rapid scaling.
- Collaborate with the CEO on long-term equity planning, valuation drivers, and exit or growth strategies.
- Financial Governance & Oversight:
- Oversee the monthly financial close process and provide variance analysis to guide leadership decisions.
- Identify and recommend improvements in financial operations to eliminate bottlenecks and streamline processes.
- Manage risk through effective oversight of insurance strategies, renewals, and cash flow planning.
- Risk Management and Capital Strategy:
- Lead efforts in financial risk management and cash flow planning.
- Advise on optimal loan structures and capital strategy.
- Oversee treasury management and liquidity to ensure financial health.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Conduct monthly financial reviews with the leadership team to assess KPIs and maintain budget adherence.
- Serve as a advisor for complex HR and legal financial matters, specifically financial liability, commission structures, and compliance.
- 10+ years of experience in senior finance roles, preferably in Professional Services, Recruitment/Staffing, or B2B agencies.
- Background in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Big Four firms is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in guiding companies from $10M to $100M+ ARR.
- Proficiency in Quick Books Online, with strong expertise in Hub Spot and , and advanced financial modeling skills using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Personal Attributes:
- Exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong ability to identify key focus areas and drive impact efficiently within limited time frames.
- Adaptability and composure in a high-growth, dynamic environment with evolving systems.
