• Lead Fund Manager to oversee and manage the full lifecycle of designated research and operational funds, ensuring financial activity remains compliant with university policies and sponsor requirements.
• Partner with principal investigators and research faculty to provide guidance on budgeting, allowable expenditures, and financial planning.
• Process and review financial transactions such as fund and cost transfers, no-cost extensions, and spending approvals.
• Reconcile monthly ledgers and prepare budgets, financial reports, and projections using university financial systems.
• Review purchasing and payment documentation and identify and resolve accounting issues to ensure accurate reporting and responsible stewardship of funds in support of the division’s research mission.

• Experience in fund management or financial administration within a university or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and accounting principles; familiarity with sponsor requirements and university policies.
• Ability to collaborate with principal investigators and research staff, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with university financial systems and reporting tools; attention to detail and commitment to compliance.

Annual range: $86,400 - $184,800
