Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to shape long-term financial strategies and drive operational improvements.

- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
- Strong background in financial reporting, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to manage global financial operations and collaborate across international teams.
- Experience with IFRS and GAAP standards in a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing finance teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills for presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to align financial goals with broader business objectives across global operations.
- Skilled in implementing internal controls and managing financial risk.
