Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Manufacturing | 100% Onsite - Los Angeles, CA
Are you a hands-on financial leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment? Our client, a well-established and expanding manufacturing company in Los Angeles, is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their leadership team. This is a 100% onsite role, offering the opportunity to be deeply involved in day-to-day operations while shaping the company's long-term financial strategy.
As CFO, you'll play a key role in driving profitability, improving processes, and supporting continued business expansion. The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, a collaborative mindset, and a proven track record in manufacturing or distribution environments.
What You'll Do:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning to support company growth.
- Oversee cash flow management, banking relationships, and working capital to ensure stability and flexibility.
- Direct accurate and timely financial reporting, audits, and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Partner closely with operations and manufacturing teams to optimize costs, improve margins, and enhance efficiency.
- Evaluate capital investments, systems, and new initiatives to strengthen business performance.
- Maintain strong internal controls and risk management practices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, providing clear financial insights and guidance.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership, including senior management or CFO experience.
- Manufacturing or distribution industry experience required.
- Expertise in cost accounting, financial modeling, and operational finance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements - Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, with a strong background in the retail industry.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, with a track record of aligning financial strategies with business objectives.
- Strong knowledge of treasury management, including cash flow planning and banking relationship management.
- Experience in financial reporting, audits, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in cost accounting and inventory management, particularly within manufacturing and supply chain environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead capital planning and evaluate investment opportunities for strategic growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and team members.
- Solid understanding of risk management and implementation of internal controls.
