Clairmont Capital Group ("Clairmont"; the "Firm") is a Los Angeles-based, multi-strategy Real Estate Private Equity firm that specializes in general partnership ("GP") equity co-investments with best-in-class real estate sponsors and institutional equity partners across major, demographic-driven sectors throughout the US, UK and Europe. Through actively managed funds and separate accounts, Clairmont also focuses on platform-level investing as well as Tax-Advantaged investing.

The firm is actively seeking to expand its market share and breadth of product offerings while maintaining focus on niche, dislocated, inefficient sectors.

Clairmont is seeking an Associate to join its asset management team and support the ongoing oversight and performance of the Firm’s investment vehicles and underlying assets. This position will work closely with the VP of Asset Management, Director of Investments, and a lean team of senior professionals. This position is ideal for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and seeks broader exposure within the real estate private equity industry.

• Maintain and update property performance and return profile for the firm’s investment portfolio
• Maintain internal records and produce dashboards related to asset performance, capital activity, and business plan execution across the Firm’s equity and debt investments
• Liaison with deal-level partners, ensuring timely updates on business plan, operational metrics, financial reporting, leasing activity, and other key performance indicators
• Prepare quarterly and annual asset management reports, portfolio update, and performance tracking for external/3rd-party investors
• Support the investor relations team with regular reporting and ad hoc investor requests related to specific assets or fund vehicles
• Underwrite hold/sell/refinance analyses for existing investments and support the due diligence / underwriting process for new investments

• 3+ years of relevant experience (investment management, financial services, real estate private equity preferred)
• Experience reviewing and summarizing legal documents, including but not limited to organizational charts, loan documents, and JV agreements
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word); experience using Copilot or other AI-powered tools a plus
• Extensive experience analyzing financial statements
• Strong quantitative and qualitative background, critical thinking, and oral and written communication skills
• Team player who is willing to grow and take on new challenges with a positive attitude
