Responsibilities- Lead and manage accounting operations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and enhancing financial reporting accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior leadership, driving informed decision-making.
- Oversee cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic financial planning.
- Manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate financial disclosures.
- Supervise and mentor offshore accounting teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering professional development.
- Collaborate with the tax department on K-1 reviews and compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Implement process improvements and technology enhancements to optimize efficiency and reporting capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting and/or private industry.
- Experience in investment management, private equity, or financial services.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, including understanding of complex entity structures and ASC-740.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities.
- CPA certification.
- Big 4 or national CPA firm experience.
- Familiarity with ERPs such as SAP or Net Suite.
- Experience with acquisition integration and revenue recognition processes.
