A commercial real estate private equity firm is seeking an Investment Analyst or Associate in Century City, CA. This role supports the Investments team through evaluating investments, conducting due diligence, and developing financial models. Responsibilities include underwriting acquisition opportunities, creating cash flow models, and asset managing existing investments. Ideal candidates will have 1 to 4 years of experience in real estate investments, strong financial modeling skills, and be detail oriented.
The position is office-based, requiring presence 5 days a week.
