Position OverviewThe firm is seeking a full-time Client Service Associate / Senior Client Service Associate to join its Client Service team. This is an entry-level to mid-level position that plays a key role in supporting advisory teams and provides an excellent opportunity for professional development within the financial services industry, with upward mobility across multiple career paths. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong client service and interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment with competing deadlines.
Job Responsibilities- Provide operational and administrative support to Client Advisors in daily business practices
- Act as a key point of contact for client issues and concerns
- Build client relationships while delivering white-glove customer service
- Organize, track, and lead team projects through successful completion
- Work cross-functionally with investment, accounting, and operational teams to ensure client needs are met
- Manage individual client web portals and educate clients on available capabilities and services
- Coordinate with clients’ outside advisors, including CPAs and estate planning attorneys, to deliver holistic service
- Own account maintenance for new and existing clients, including collecting client-specific information, preparing and obtaining documentation, communicating with custodians, and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated outstanding client service and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional listening, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, business-related fields encouraged
- Associate level: 0–2 years of client service or administrative experience in financial services
- Senior Associate level: 4+ years of client service or administrative experience in financial services
- Series 65 preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; CRM experience a plus
- Salary range: $65,000–$80,000 for Associate level and $80,000–$100,000 for Senior Associate level, depending on experience
