Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills to manage all aspects of financial operations. You will play a vital role in maintaining accurate records, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and oversee all bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Manage and reconcile bank accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.

- Utilize Quick Books to record and track financial transactions efficiently.

- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.

- Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Process invoices and payments while maintaining proper documentation.

- Conduct audits to verify the accuracy of financial records and transactions.

- Collaborate with other departments to address financial inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and standards.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance bookkeeping efficiency. Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping.

- Proficiency in Quick Books for financial management and reporting.

- Proven ability to perform bank reconciliations with precision.

- Familiarity with preparing financial statements and reports.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
