Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to senior management, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial performance metrics.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and provide recommendations to support business decisions. Prepare financial presentations for senior management.
- Oversee cost management initiatives, including cost reduction strategies and efficiency improvements. Ensure cost control measures are in place and adhered to.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. Develop financial models to evaluate business initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance. Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in FP&A.
- Manage and enhance financial planning systems and tools. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Work closely with other departments, such as Accounting, Operations, and Sales, to gather relevant data and insights for financial planning and analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of finance professionals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management.
