Job Responsibilities:
- Applies strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles to ensure accurate reporting
- Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills in managing accounting tasks
- Communicates effectively through verbal and written channels with internal and external stakeholders
- Organizes work efficiently with excellent attention to detail and time management
- Manages multiple priorities and adapts to changing business needs
- Prepares fixed asset and non-standard journal entries including equity distributions and impairments
- Monitors cost allocations across departments and entities to ensure accuracy
- Reviews corporate-level accounting activity and general administrative expenses
- Assists with external audits by preparing schedules and documentation
- Conducts technical accounting research and supports special projects
- Prepares debt compliance reports and monitors loan covenant adherence
- Performs treasury functions including wire transfers and cash position reviews
- Collaborates with Finance to develop operating cash flow forecasts using Kyriba
- Oversees monthly reconciliation of all company bank accounts
- Maintains bank documents, coordinates signature changes, and manages account openings and closures
