Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with GAAP and accuracy in reporting.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely reconciliations and adjustments.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to improve financial performance.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions to maintain efficient cash flow management.
- Coordinate audits and ensure timely completion of financial reviews and compliance reports.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Have at least 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or Quick Books.
- Possess strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess financial data effectively.
- Maintain the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to support financial objectives.
- Adapt to fast-paced environments while managing multiple financial responsibilities.
- Apply strong attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.
- Hold a CPA or CMA certification (preferred) to enhance financial expertise.
