Accounts Payable Clerk

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you're integral to maintaining our company's financial health. You'll manage incoming invoices, ensure timely payments, and keep accurate records. Your role involves verifying purchase orders, communicating with vendors and team members, and resolving any discrepancies. You'll work in an office setting, collaborating closely with the finance team to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor compliance with established financial rules and company guidelines
• Administer coordination efforts with internal teams for on-time and exact payment processing
• Verify invoices promptly to support smooth financial processes
• Administer current records of financial transactions and documentation
• Engage with stakeholders and vendors to manage and resolve their inquiries and issues

• 2+ years' experience managing accounts payable activities
• Meticulous in reviewing details and ensuring precision
• Holding a basic bookkeeping certification is advantageous
• Competence with Excel and accounting applications
• Associate degree required in accounting or closely related area

$23 - $26 hourly
