An AmLaw 15 firm is continuing to expand its Fund Finance practice in Los Angeles as part of a deeply integrated, global Finance platform. The group advises leading private equity, credit, and alternative asset managers on sophisticated fund-level financings, including subscription credit facilities, NAV-based financings, and hybrid structures.

The practice is intentionally cross-office, with matters routinely staffed across Los Angeles, New York, and other major markets. As a result, geography is flexible, and the team is open to Los Angeles–based candidates, qualified relocators, and fully remote individuals in established finance hubs such as Charlotte.

Hiring Profile

The team is seeking 1–2 mid-level associates and 1–2 senior associates with strong Fund Finance or leveraged finance–adjacent experience. Ideal candidates will have sponsor-side exposure, comfort with complex deal structures, and the ability to manage transactions with increasing autonomy.

Qualifications include:

• Elite academic credentials;
  Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
• Training at a top-tier Big Law platform
• California Bar admission preferred, or eligibility to sit for the California Bar
