Capital Trust Escrow is a busy independent escrow company located in the heart of Beverly Hills. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and secure transaction management.

We are seeking an Escrow Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling sale and refinance escrows, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing outstanding service to our clients. A book of business is not required, but would be a plus. In addition to regular pay, commission will be paid on all closed transactions. Pay rate is flexible, and will be determined by level of experience and by escrow knowledge.

• Manage all aspects of escrow transactions from opening to closing.
• Review and prepare escrow documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Communicate promptly and effectively with clients, agents and lenders throughout the escrow process.
• Conduct thorough audits of escrow files to ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
• Resolve any issues that may arise during the escrow process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

• 3+ years experience as an Escrow Officer handling sale and refinance transactions. Familiarity with commercial sales (apartment units) would be a plus.
• Proficiency with RBJ software is a must. Paperless RBJ experience is a plus.
• Experience at an independent escrow company.
• Strong mathematical skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with regulations and loan processing procedures is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

; remote work is not available

Location:

Beverly Hills, CA

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Expected hours: 40 per week

Pay: $35 - $40+ per hour, plus commission; pay is flexible and will be evaluated based on experience and level of expertise
