A Westside real estate company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. In this Senior Financial Analyst role, the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for working closely with the CFO on strategic initiatives and vision, financial reporting and analysis, long‑term and strategic planning, and financial modeling. To be successful in this role, the Senior Financial Analyst will need to have initiative, executive presentation, and be highly analytical.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
• 4-7 years of FP&A or investment banking experience
• Industry related experience preferred
• Very strong financial modeling experience
• Advanced Excel

• Oversee financial planning, reporting, and operational analysis.
• Own ongoing processes while also enhancing and implementing new approaches.
• Evaluate financial and operational performance.
• Lead and coordinate special initiatives, including creating documentation, preparing analyses, and supporting executive-level decision making.
• Deliver ad hoc financial models, scenario planning, and customized reports.
• Oversee the full budget cycle, ensuring supporting documentation, detailed variance explanations, and accurate assumptions.
• Design and refine processes, with a focus on automation and efficiency, while effectively communicating updates.
• Maintain and update both short- and long-term forecasts.
• Provide guidance and training to team members.
