The Opportunity
Our Intake department is the first point of contact for potential clients. The Intake Representative responds to questions from potential candidates, listens to, gathers and documents all relevant information. This role requires the ability to be empathetic and understanding while letting potential clients know how the firm can meet their needs.
This position has the potential to earn bonuses of over a thousand dollars a month if goals are met.
Training & Work Schedule (Includes Holidays & Weekends)
Training
Schedule:
Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:30pm (3 weeks)
Shifts Days:
Tuesday - Saturday, or Sunday - Thursday.
Shifts:
10:00am-7:00pm, 12:00pm - 9:00pm, 3:00pm - 12:00am, or 11:00pm - 8:00am
Accountable for
- Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard.
- Work with the firm’s intake management team to determine viability of potential cases.
- Be a closer, someone who can entice clients and relate to them and encourage them to sign on with our firm.
- Build relationships with potential clients and vendors.
- Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies to ensure monthly goals are met.
- Update the firm’s database in a timely manner with accurate data.
- Upload and share pertinent documents appropriately.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in sales, customer service, or call center.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills required, including the ability to be empathetic yet persuasive.
- Ability to multi-task and type at least 40 wpm while speaking with potential clients.
- Competitive and motivated to surpass set goals.
- Available shifts are based on company needs including 10a-7pm, 12n-9pm, 3pm-12 midnight, or 11p-8am.
- Ability to work weekends, overtime, holidays, and on-call as necessary.
- $47,840- $56,160 depending on experience, plus performance based incentives
