The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated Assistant to support an Agent in our Talent Department. This is a unique chance to work directly with high-profile talent, leading industry executives, and an experienced Agent, while gaining first-hand experience in the fast-moving world of talent representation.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs are key to success in this role.
What You’ll Do- Manage calendars, schedules, and call logs for Agent and clients
- Handle phones with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate travel, appointments, auditions, and self-tape requests
- Track submissions, bookings, payments, and expenses
- Maintain client materials and records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Build and maintain relationships with casting directors, studio/network executives, producers, and managers
- Support the execution of deals and monitor upcoming opportunities
- Provide script coverage or project tracking (as needed)
- 1–2 years of prior experience in the entertainment industry or previous agency desk experience
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative, and follow-through
- Professionalism when handling confidential information and high-profile relationships
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Casting, management, or script coverage experience
