We are seeking an exceptionally talented Art Director to lead the creative vision and execution for a diverse portfolio of slot‑like tablet games. This role demands a visionary leader who can define and maintain a cohesive art direction across multiple game titles while ensuring world‑class quality that surpasses industry competitors.

The Art Director will manage and mentor a team of skilled artists and designers, optimizing workflows and scaling resources to meet an ambitious roadmap. A critical focus will be on delivering high‑quality game interfaces that elevate player engagement and set new standards in visual excellence.

In addition to traditional art leadership, this role requires a modern approach to creative production
, leveraging cutting‑edge AI tools and technologies to enhance design efficiency and innovation‑always ensuring legal and ethical compliance. The ideal candidate will be deeply knowledgeable about current trends in game art, UI/UX design, and pipeline optimization, with a proven ability to integrate advanced tools into the creative process.

• Creative Vision

  Define and maintain the overarching creative and artistic direction for all game art, including characters, environments, symbols, and UI. Leverage AI tools to streamline and produce game art timely to meet deadlines.
• Team Leadership and Management
  :
  Mentor, guide, and manage multidisciplinary art teams with diverse experience levels. Foster creativity, provide constructive feedback, facilitate knowledge transfer between senior and junior staff, and ensure the ethical and efficient integration of AI tools in daily workflows.
• Collaboration and Communication
  :
  Work closely with game designers, producers, and engineers to ensure the artistic vision is seamlessly integrated with gameplay mechanics, technical constraints and production schedules, utilizing a deep understanding of gaming industry pipelines.
• Art Production Oversight and Quality Control
  :
  Oversee the creation of all art assets, integrating AI‑assisted pipelines where appropriate to optimize asset creation speed and performance, while ensuring high‑quality standards are met.
• Project and Resource Management
  :
  Assist in planning timelines, allocating resources, managing budgets and ensuring the timely delivery of all art assets.
