Senior Social Media Marketing Manager

We’re partnering with a leading entertainment company to find a talented Senior Social Media Marketing Manager. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic team focused on creating impactful social marketing campaigns for popular TV series and films.
The position is temporary, lasting 4-6 months + extend, and requires on-site presence primarily hybrid 4 day/week.

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital and social strategies for multiple titles, including organic and paid campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft engaging and conversation-driving social content.
• Communicate campaign strategies and platform insights through detailed marketing briefs.
• Manage responsibilities across a slate of titles, prioritizing high-impact social moments for debuts, trailers, and press events.
• Oversee agency and platform tasks such as community engagement, social listening, and digital activations.

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in social marketing, media, editorial, or community management.
• Proven success managing small teams and working in matrixed entertainment environments.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Deep knowledge of social media landscape, cultural trends, and analytics for strategic insights.
• A passion for entertainment, television, film, pop culture, and active personal use of social media
