• Effectively plan cross-disciplinary features and content with a deep understanding of the requirements to bring work from concept through to completion.
• Build, maintain, and communicate detailed roadmaps for a live game.
• Create and manage milestone plans and sprint schedules.
• Drive the day-to-day operations of a live game team.
• Support the team through finaling, submission, and platform certification for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
• Track progress, surface risks, and drive mitigation strategies.
• Manage relationships with external development partners, especially for character art pipelines.
• Establish workflows and quality expectations.
• Track against external development budgets and manage risks around capacity and delivery
• Maintain staffing and capacity plans post-launch
• Identify staffing gaps and recommend solutions (hiring, outsourcing, and reprioritization).
• Collaborate with QA leads to ensure builds meet quality bars.
• Coordinate test planning, bug triage, and release readiness activities.
• Coordinate release schedules, patch plans, and hotfix processes.

• 5–8+ years of game production experience.
• Shipped multiplatform title experience (PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC).
• Experience managing external vendors.
• Strong understanding of Agile/hybrid methodologies.
• Proven track record managing budgets and timelines.
• Familiarity with platform certification processes

• Driving planning through all phases of development
• Defining and driving milestone and sprint processes across a development team
• Executing scope & capacity exercises
• High Proficiency with Excel
• Expert with Jira, Confluence, Shot Grid, or other equivalent production tools.

Job Type: Regular, Full-Time

Salary Range: $130,000 - $170,000

• Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc.
• The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees
• Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
