Responsibilities

• Responsible for the production of overseas adapted dramas and English short‑form content, including preliminary topic selection and planning, organizing script creation, overseeing filming and post‑production, managing project budgets, and being fully accountable for project costs and revenue.
• Familiar with the trends in the North American short‑form drama market, able to gain insights into user demands, promptly identify popular themes, and seek innovation.
• Handle other internal and external collaboration and communication related to the project.

• Proficient in English as a working language, with fluent spoken English. Candidates with work or living experience in North America and an understanding of North American pop culture are preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in the film and television industry, familiar with the film and television production process. Candidates with experience in English‑language film and television production or extensive industry resources are preferred.
• Strong content judgment, with familiarity of the domestic and international short‑form content ecosystem being an advantage.
