Hadrian - Manufacturing the Future

Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. By combining advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing, we are reinventing how America produces its most critical parts.

Valued at $1.6B, we’re accelerating our mission with the launch of Factory 3 in Mesa, Arizona, a 290,000-square-foot facility creating 350 new jobs. We are expanding rapidly to support thousands of future hires, launching Hadrian Maritime to expand into naval production, and introducing a Factory-as-a-Service model that delivers complete systems instead of individual parts.

Hadrian is backed by leading investors including T. Rowe Price, Lux Capital, Founders Fund, and Andreessen Horowitz, our fast-growing team is united around reindustrializing American manufacturing for the 21st century and beyond.

The Role

Hadrian is developing autonomous factories to support the defense industrial base. As delivery expands across aerospace, national security, and advanced manufacturing programs, this role will help manage customer-facing program execution and coordinate infrastructure delivery across new and existing factory locations. This position focuses on driving outcomes across complex, cross-functional initiatives by coordinating stakeholders, tracking program milestones, and supporting execution across internal and external teams.

  • Lead delivery of cross-functional programs from initial planning through execution, milestone tracking, and completion
  • Coordinate with internal teams (including engineering, supply chain, software, and operations) to maintain program timelines and resolve execution risks
  • Establish and maintain program governance processes, including status reporting, cross-team coordination, and executive updates
  • Monitor program scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure alignment with project milestones and organizational priorities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting communication, risk tracking, and program reviews
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, business, operations, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operational execution within aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or a related technical environment
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project timelines or deliverables
  • Ability to communicate program status, risks, and milestones clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% to factory sites, customer locations, or supplier facilities as needed
What Will Set You Apart
  • Experience supporting factory buildouts, capital expenditure (Cap Ex) programs, or manufacturing infrastructure delivery
  • Experience operating in fast-paced or early-stage environments with evolving program scope
  • Familiarity with program management tools such as Microsoft Project, Airtable, Gantt scheduling tools, or risk-tracking frameworks
  • Experience preparing program deliverables such as executive briefings, progress reports, or operational reviews
Compensation

For this role, the target salary range is $148,000 - $200,000 (actual range may vary based on experience). This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans for employees
  • 401k
  • Relocation support may be provided for certain situations, based on business need.
  • Flexible vacation policy
