Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated RF Calibration Technician to work on-site with our client, a top-tier Accredited Metrology lab company. This is a direct hire position!
Responsibilities:We are looking for experienced Calibration Technicians specializing in Radio Frequency (RF) Calibration. You'll ensure the accuracy and reliability of clients' measurement instruments, requiring precision, organization, and communication.
- Calibrate RF/Microwave instruments (Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meter etc.)
- Calibrate electronic instruments (Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Hipot Tester, Accelerometers, etc.)
- Calibrate standards and generate reports
- Inspect equipment and collaborate with engineers
- Provide technical guidance during audits
- Maintain safety and troubleshoot equipment
- Working Electrical/ RF Calibration experience required
- Manual instrumentation calibration experience required
- Military PMEL/TMDE/DOD training and familiarity with ISO 17025 standards preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to meet deadlines effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for potential onsite customer visits
- Valid driver's license, clean record, and U.S. citizen or permanent resident required.
