You will also play a key role in launching a brand‑new prototyping and test facility, taking early‑stage designs through prototype builds, testing, and refinement. This role is ideal for a hands‑on engineer who thrives in fast‑paced, highly technical startup environments and wants to work alongside top performers on exciting, meaningful projects.

• Lead prototype and first‑article builds of new hardware products
• Collaborate closely with design and manufacturing teams to bring concepts to life
• Take on hands‑on responsibilities including CAD revisions, GD&T, drawings, and BOMs
• Support the build‑out and optimization of a new prototyping and testing facility
• Troubleshoot, test, iterate, and refine early‑stage hardware

• Mechanical, hardware or product engineering background
• Strong hands‑on build, test and troubleshooting ability
• CAD experience and solid understanding of GD&T, materials and tolerances
• Looking to join a high growth, startup engineering environment
• Aviation background is preferred (other relevant industries may also be considered)
• US citizen or permanent resident
