• Provide technical and coordination support to the QA/QC department.
• Collaborate with PMO staff, College Project Teams (CPT), and college personnel.
• Participate in and occasionally lead QA/QC meetings.
• Conduct field checks and site walks to verify compliance with KPIs and other metrics.
• Support CPTs and PMO in matters related to SOPs, KPIs, and assessments.
• Prepare written materials such as reports, guidelines, and correspondence.
• Develop monthly status reports for assigned construction projects.
• Review construction change orders, field orders, and professional services contracts.
• Manage data collection for status reporting and coordinate documentation reviews with CPT/PMO.
• Assess project risks and collaborate with CPTs to produce accurate status reports.
• Facilitate resolutions to QA/QC-related issues and ensure timely responses to RFIs.
• Maintain project files, generate meeting minutes, and support KPI development and monitoring.
• Support audits, process improvement efforts, trending reports, SOP gap analysis, and QA/QC metric compliance.
• Work onsite at client site:
  The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

$102,109 - $112,320 a year

• 5‑8 years minimum recent professional experience in a similar or equivalent position involved in project or construction.
• BS/BA Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related degree. Additional qualifying experience in excess to the minimum stated above may be substituted for the required education on a year‑for‑year basis.
• Able to travel to LACCD campuses.
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Experience on Educational programs/projects.
• Experience on large public works programs.
• Experience with Trimble Unity Construct.
• Experience with audits.
