You will also play a key role in launching a brand‑new prototyping and test facility, taking early‑stage designs through prototype builds, testing, and refinement.

$150,000 – $200,000 per year

Base salary $150,000 – $200,000 per year + equity + relocation assistance + medical, dental, vision benefits, 401(k), PTO, and additional benefits.

• Lead prototype and first‑article builds of new hardware products
• Collaborate closely with design and manufacturing teams to bring concepts to life
• Take on hands‑on responsibilities including CAD revisions, GD&T, drawings, and BOMs
• Support the build‑out and optimization of a new prototyping and testing facility
• Troubleshoot, test, and refine early‑stage hardware

• Background in mechanical, hardware, or product engineering
• Strong hands‑on build, testing, and troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in CAD with solid understanding of GD&T, materials, and tolerances
• Thrives in a high‑growth, fast‑paced startup engineering environment
• Aviation / aerospace experience preferred (other relevant industries considered)
