A growing aerospace company based in California is seeking a Reliability Test Engineer to establish and lead reliability testing for high-performance VTOL unmanned aircraft systems. This hands-on role will allow you to shape the testing strategy and infrastructure, ensuring aircraft perform flawlessly under harsh conditions. Candidates should have a B.S. in a relevant engineering field and at least 5 years of experience in reliability testing and validation.

You will develop testing plans, design test fixtures, and work with teams to improve reliability.
