Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Welding Engineers Level 2 to Level 5, located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The role involves overseeing and developing advanced welding processes, conducting laser and arc welding operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and performing detailed welding inspections. The Welding Engineers will closely collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams, apply knowledge of metallurgy to optimize processes, and contribute to the reliable production of aerospace components.
Qualifications- Proficiency in GTAW and E.B. Welding techniques
- Strong experience in Problem solving and Quality Control practices
- Solid understanding of Metallurgy and its applications in welding processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
- Experience in the aerospace or defense industry is a plus
- Relevant certifications in welding or quality standards are advantageous
