DSP Engineer - Wireless Communications

Circuit Hire is partnered with a highly-successful and rapidly growing communications technology company in Los Angeles, seeking experienced Digital Signal Processing Engineers to work on cutting-edge, mission-critical communications systems for defense and space applications.

You’ll join a small, highly collaborative engineering group and contribute to end-to-end system design, from initial concept through deployment. This is a high-impact role for engineers who are excited about building advanced technology in a rapidly scaling organization.

As a DSP Engineer, you will:

• Design and analyze DSP algorithms for advanced wireless and communications systems
• Develop floating- and fixed-point models to validate system performance
• Work closely with FPGA engineers to support algorithm implementation
• Contribute across the full system lifecycle, from concept through deployment

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong foundation in DSP algorithm fundamentals
• Experience with floating- and fixed-point modeling
• Proficiency in MATLAB
• Familiarity with FPGA development processes
• US permanent residency or citizenship required (ITAR compliance)
