Position: Manufacturing Engineer (Mechanical Focus)

Location: Sylmar, CA

Pay: $90,000 – $110,000/year

Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience is preferred. Strong hands-on aptitude with the ability to be hands-on and trainable.

Type: Full-time;
Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (Ability to work OT as needed)

Logic Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (Mechanical Focus) to join our team!

• Learn existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support process engineering activities, including workflow design, layout planning, and efficiency improvements.
• Perform hands-on mechanical troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Production and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High level of mechanical skill is required.
• Understanding of CAD/Solid Works.
• PLC knowledge or experience.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools.
• Potential for deep mechanical involvement (hands-on, rebuilds, alignments, testing).
