This is a unique opportunity for engineers across multiple levels and specialties, including component design, manufacturing engineering, and team leadership
.

• Take ownership of critical flight components
  , from concept and design through testing, manufacturing, and integration.
• Collaborate across design, analysis, testing, and manufacturing teams to ensure high-performance, reliable, and manufacturable hardware
  .
• Lead and mentor engineers (for senior/lead roles), helping define strategy, processes, and technical execution.
• Develop and implement advanced manufacturing processes for precision components, bridging design and production.
• Solve challenging problems using first-principles thinking, advanced simulation, and hands-on testing.

• Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or related engineering field (Master’s preferred for senior/lead roles).
• Experience:
• 3+ years in precision manufacturing, mechanical systems, or propulsion-related engineering; 5+ years for senior/lead positions.
• Proven ability in CAD, GD&T, CNC machining, and design for manufacturability.
• Skills & Attributes:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Leadership experience for senior/lead positions
• Preferred: Aerospace or defense experience, scripting for analysis/automation (Python, MATLAB), and experience taking projects from concept to flight.
