  • Function as the subject-matter expert for assigned manufacturing processes and technologies
The Ideal Profile:
  • 1–6 years of experience in manufacturing, build, or production engineering within the aerospace industry
  • A background in fast-paced startup environments or high-intensity organizations
  • Strong foundation in mechanical design and manufacturing processes
  • Proven ability to apply first-principles engineering to production challenges
  • Proficiency with CAD tools
    , PLM/PDM systems
    , and configuration management
  • Solid working knowledge of GD&T and Materials & Processing (M&P)
  • Comfortable owning problems end-to-end and working hands-on with hardware

This is a high-impact role with real ownership. You’ll influence how cutting-edge aerospace hardware is designed, built, and scaled, alongside driven engineers in an environment that values speed, rigor, and technical excellence.
