- Manages the commissioning process on various in-house small to medium sized projects
- Performs Commissioning design reviews, submittal reviews and closeout document reviews
- Creates pre-functioning and functional checklists and commissioning plans
- Conducts Commissioning meetings and managing the commissioning process for assigned projects
- Performs field observations and functional testing
- Documents and tracks test results on issue resolution logs
- Creates commissioning deliverables such as final commissioning reports
- Assists in the review and development of staff training and continuing education opportunities
- Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the Project Manager of Commissioning
- Eight (8) years full time paid professional experience in commissioning
- Working knowledge of building code, CHPS, and commissioning requirements
- Extensive knowledge of building, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
- Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering, architecture or construction management
- Experience in design or construction management with a focus on mechanical systems
- Engineer-In-Training Certification or valid CA Professional Engineering License
- Industry- recognized energy management certification
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary:$136000 - $147000 /per year
Skill Level: Mid-Senior Level
