Level 2

• BS and 2+ years of experience, or MS and 0 years of experience in Digital, Analog and Harness designs including evaluation of engineering design concepts
• Experience with Diminishing Manufacturing Source and Material Shortages (DMSMS) reporting
• Experience using Silicon Expert, IHS (former Accuris), and GIDEP tools
• Experience calculating MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure)
• Ability to obtain a Government DoD Secret security clearance

Level 3

• BS and 5+ years of experience, or MS and 3+ years of experience in Digital, Analog and Harness designs including evaluation of engineering design concepts
• Experience with DMSMS reporting
• Experience using Silicon Expert, IHS (former Accuris), and GIDEP tools
• Experience calculating MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure)
• Ability to obtain a Government DoD Secret security clearance

• Current/Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Basis of estimate generation experience
• Ability to communicate findings to customers and management
• Self-starter capable of performing assigned tasks with some direction
• Innovative thinker with ability to solve complex problems requiring ingenuity
• Experience selecting parts to meet reliability, corrosion, metal whisker, and safety-related requirements
• Familiarity with NAS
  411 Hazardous Materials Target List Standard Practice

The above salary ranges represent general guidelines. Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, including scope of the position, candidate experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Bonus eligibility and long-term incentives may apply for certain roles.
