Water Resource Recovery Project Manager - Southern California s role focuses on leading wastewater infrastructure projects and advancing water recovery initiatives within Southern California.

• Spearhead planning, design, and construction services for wastewater projects, including pipelines, pump stations, and treatment facilities.
• Lead master plans and technical studies shaping the future of water recovery.
• Mentor rising talent and build lasting client relationships to drive innovation.
• Take the reins on strategy, marketing, and contract negotiations to win transformative work.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and leverage Jacobs’ network of technical experts.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure from the State of California or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Demonstrated understanding of wastewater collection and conveyance systems, pump stations, and treatment facilities.
• Strong communication skills and a demonstrated self-starter mindset.
• Project management experience for wastewater utility projects, including related master planning, design, and project development.
• Ability to develop relationships with clients and win work.

• 10+ years of experience.
• Strong network with Northern California municipalities and exceptional client-facing skills.
• Enthusiasm for mentoring and collaboration across teams.

• Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr
