A leading manufacturing firm is seeking a Process Engineer to enhance manufacturing processes in Sylmar, California. The ideal candidate will own process capability across the lifecycle, focusing on statistical control and continuous improvement to meet quality and cost goals. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience are required, with CAD knowledge as a plus.
