Office Lead - Senior Civil Engineer PE – Land/Site Development Projects
Arcadis is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer (PE) to lead our Land and Site Development practice in Houston, Texas.
Role Accountabilities- Develop and grow the civil engineering practice in the Houston region, working with current and new clients.
- Build and manage a high‑performing team that delivers outstanding projects.
- Apply smart project management to meet client quality expectations while achieving commercial objectives.
- Engage with clients, design staff, and regulatory agencies to obtain permits and project approvals.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in civil engineering.
- Over 12 years of experience delivering large‑scale civil site development projects in the Houston area.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and grow a practice.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Commitment to health and safety.
