Our Los Angeles
based team is currently looking to add Senior Superintendents with experience supporting Life Science Projects in the greater Los Angeles/ San Diego market.

• Lead all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, quality control and a clean site
• Develop comprehensive understanding of project strategy and commitments including financial goals, scheduling, logistics, phasing, milestones, inspections
• Work in partnership with Senior Project Managers to maintain an updated and accurate project schedule that reflects the changes in project status and that meets the cost and time requirements of the project
• Demonstrate and maintain effective and open dialogue with the project team regarding changes in work, job conditions, subcontractor relations and any deviation in the direction of the project
• Always promotes positive relationships by dealing expertly and fairly with all subcontractors and vendors while instilling this philosophy in the project team
• Maintaining and developing relationships to reinforce a commitment to world-class customer service across the board: including co-workers, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and the design community.

• 10–15+ years of construction experience, with at least 5–7 years specifically in life sciences (biotech, pharma, medical device, or lab environments).

• Demonstrated track record leading ground-up, tenant improvement, and renovation projects in controlled environments.

• Proven success delivering complex MEP-intensive projects with advanced building systems (clean rooms, labs, vivariums, BSL facilities, cGMP manufacturing, pilot plants, etc.)

• Must reside in the greater Los Angeles or Orange County area and beflexiblewith required business travel

Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $175,000 – $225,000 The range stated is specific to Los Angeles. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
