Senior Project Manager, Building Enclosures
Base Pay Range: $100,000 – $130,000 per year.
A respected engineering and consulting firm with a national reputation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Building Enclosures group. The team works on complex, high‑profile projects and partners closely with architects, owners, and contractors to deliver high‑performance facade systems across a wide variety of building types.

What You Will Do- Lead the technical delivery of enclosure projects, ensuring clarity, quality, and consistency.
- Develop details, sketches, and technical content for facade systems.
- Present enclosure concepts and details to architects, clients, and project teams.
- Review plans, annotate details, and help prepare narratives and design documentation.
- Oversee construction phase services including shop drawing reviews, testing coordination, and site visits.
- Mentor junior engineers and designers in both technical execution and project management.
- Guide medium and large project teams and help ensure financial and schedule success.
- Coordinate closely with structural, mechanical, and other engineering disciplines.
- Communicate clearly in meetings, workshops, and client discussions.
- Manage multiple projects at a time and collaborate with colleagues in other offices.
- Ten or more years of experience in facade or enclosure design as an architect, structural engineer, or enclosure specialist.
- Deep understanding of curtain wall, window wall, cladding systems, materials, and performance requirements.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or civil engineering with an enclosure focus.
- PE or architectural license preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and confidence mentoring others.
- Familiarity with tools like Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, and Revit is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational habits and ability to work in a fast‑moving environment.
- Proactive mindset and a strong commitment to client service and technical excellence.
