FPGA product line represents a critical growth initiative in the low-density FPGA market—a segment with significant untapped potential. We are seeking a Staff Product Marketing Engineer to lead strategic marketing efforts, drive roadmap alignment, and ensure successful execution of product launches. This role is pivotal in strengthening competitive positioning, enabling go-to-market strategies, and accelerating revenue growth for this high-potential portfolio.

• Strategic Leadership:
  • Define and execute product marketing strategies for Forge
    
    FPGA to capture market share in the low-density FPGA segment.
  • Align product roadmap with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
• Go-to-Market Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive launch plans for new products and features.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, sales, operations) to ensure seamless execution.
• Market Analysis & Positioning:
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify differentiation opportunities.
  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with target customers.
• Sales Enablement:
  • Create sales tools, training materials, and collateral to support global sales teams.
  • Drive adoption of marketing strategies across regional teams.
• Performance & Growth:
  • Monitor KPIs and market feedback to optimize strategies and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Identify new opportunities for expansion within the low-density FPGA market.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience:
  • 8+ years in product marketing or related roles within the semiconductor or FPGA industry.
  • Proven track record of leading strategic marketing initiatives and successful product launches.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of FPGA technology and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value propositions.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $160K-$199K. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
