Are you curious about what shapes public opinion, moves audiences, and influences how people understand the world? Do you love digging into information, analyzing data, and turning complex findings into clear direction for strategy and storytelling? RALLY is seeking an analytical, detail-oriented researcher to join our Insights and Strategy team as an Account Executive.
In this role, you will bring research to life across advocacy, public education, and policy campaigns. You’ll work across multiple client teams, contributing to audience understanding, message framing, insight generation, and strategy development. You’ll support quantitative and qualitative research efforts, conduct wide-ranging desk research, monitor media and social trends, and synthesize findings into clear and actionable reports and recommendations.
This is a great fit for someone who naturally connects dots, identifies patterns others might miss, and enjoys shaping strategy through thoughtful, well‑organized research. You thrive in fast‑moving environments, are comfortable supporting senior strategists and clients, and bring a blend of curiosity, rigor, and strong writing. Responsibilities- Conduct desk research on clients, issues, audiences, peer organizations, and cultural trends, pulling from AI tools, academic databases, media monitoring platforms, and public records.
- Monitor media coverage, social media discourse, and sentiment around relevant topics using media monitoring and social listening tools.
- Assist in planning and executing research efforts, including surveys, message testing, qualitative interviews, and focus groups.
- Review, analyze, and synthesize information from diverse sources into clear summaries, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Support qualitative research by scheduling, preparing materials, observing sessions, and taking detailed notes.
- Assist with quantitative research by reviewing survey tabs, identifying patterns, and summarizing key findings.
- Contribute to the development of audience personas, messaging briefs, and narrative insights.
