Job Summary:

We are seeking energetic and experienced Teachers to join our team!

As a Parent Educator, you will teach classes using the curriculum provided by the school on a temporary or long-term basis. Your goal is to create a welcoming learning environment and provide students with the tools they need to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate is compassionate, creative, and highly organized!

Responsibilities:

• Present workshops on topics such as Technology, Parent, ESL:
  Language Development, College and Career Readiness, etc.
• Assign homework
• Take attendance
• Grade assignments and provide feedback
• Track students’ progress and document for the regular classroom teacher

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Previous experience as a substitute teacher is preferred; available in the A.M. and/or P.M.
• Understanding best practices in education and classroom management
• Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to them
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus
