Position Overview
We are seeking a certified Elementary Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive classroom environment that encourages student growth and achievement. This position is for the 2026-27 school year.
Responsibilities- Design and implement effective lesson plans aligned with district and state standards.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the diverse needs of all students.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the community to enhance the educational experience.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid Missouri teaching certification appropriate for elementary education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and collaboration.
