We are a nonprofit that operates 20 tuition‑free, open‑enrollment charter schools, educating more than 10,000 students. We are part of the KIPP network, dedicated to meeting the needs of all learners and providing the social, emotional, and academic support for success.

• Teach the knowledge and skills, nurture confidence and character, and inspire passion needed for students to achieve goals, live their best lives, and positively impact the world.
• Value and draw upon students’ experiences and backgrounds.
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies based on diverse student needs to engage all learners.
• Develop and administer assessments to measure student growth toward goals and monitor mastery of content standards.
• Analyze student assessment results (informal and formal) and use data to inform instruction.
• Communicate and collaborate professionally with teammates, parents, and community members.
• Implement classroom management techniques to create a nurturing and structured environment.
• Maintain high expectations for academic achievement and conduct.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Passing score on the California Basic Skills Test (CBEST) or equivalent.
• Valid preliminary or CLEAR teaching credential appropriate to role (preferred but not required).
