We might have a job opportunity for you as a Gujarati teacher.

One of our clients in Los Angeles (ZIP: 91208) is looking to set up in-person, two-to-one Gujarati language lessons for their teenage children, aged 14 and 16. The focus is on building speaking confidence, as the students currently feel too embarrassed to try speaking.

  General Gujarati (Two-to-One)
• Students’ Age: 14 and 16
• Language Level: Understanding – Elementary | Speaking – Beginner
• Motivation:
  Build confidence in speaking Gujarati
• Location:
  
  Client’s home – Whiting Manor Lane, Glendale, CA 91208
• They are also open to meeting at your office, preferably in Downtown LA depending on the location
• Schedule:
  
  2-hour lesson, once per week, Sundays from 5:00 to 7:00 PM
• Preferred times:
  Tuesday evenings (7–9 PM) or Sunday (afternoon/evening)
• Course Duration: 4 hours total (2-hour sessions)
• Start date:
  
  ASAP

• Be a native Gujarati speaker of the language OR hold a teaching degree
• Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
• Have a valid working visa
• Live up to 20 miles from the client’s location

Location of the classes and schedule could be flexible based on your and the client’s availability. The hourly rate is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience. This is a freelance part-time position and we are not able to sponsor your visa.
