California-Based Educators (by July 2026)
Applicants must meet one of the following:
- Hold or be eligible for a California Preliminary or Clear Single Subject Teaching Credential in Chemistry
, OR - Be eligible for a California Single Subject Intern Teaching Credential in Chemistry (Intern credential must be earned by July 2026), OR
- Be eligible for a Short-Term Staff Permit (STSP) or Provisional Internship Permit (PIP) and hold valid Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
Out-of-State or Non-Credentialed Applicants
Applicants should review eligibility requirements through the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing to determine qualification to teach in California public schools by July 2026.
- Credentialed teachers: $71,085 – $127,985 (based on education and years of experience)
- Intern-eligible or non-credentialed teachers: $62,316 – $63,866
